The owner envisioned bringing hot bread to the streets, inspired by their Italian village roots. HeirloomHQ delivered in six weeks, designing, building, and launching the "Mr. Whippy"-style Hot Bread Van. We collaborated on branding, built operating systems, and developed a scalable franchise model. Following the successful launch, Heirloom managed a product photoshoot, developed a recipe book, and worked on product development and pop-up bakery concepts for retail clients, positioning the brand for expansion.
