When HeirloomHQ partnered with Enzo’s Cucina, the company had four locations and aimed to open 12 more within two years. We rolled out eight new locations in 2.5 years, managing the design and build process for each. We developed a growth strategy, launched a group website and CRM system, established a new head office, created an operational manual, and set up a central warehouse and group buying system to streamline operations and increase profitability at each location.
